- Richard L. Stanbaugh
President & CEO
Rich Stanbaugh is President and Chief Executive Officer of ANXeBusiness Corp. Stanbaugh joined ANXeBusiness in 2000 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Since that time he has served as the President and CEO of ANX Asia Pacific Corporation and as Vice President of Operations for ANXeBusiness Corporation. Prior to this, Stanbaugh served as Global Technology Manager for information technology operations at Visteon Corporation, a leading supplier of automotive technology systems, where he was responsible for deploying enterprise resource planning applications in North America and Europe. Prior to his employment at Visteon, Stanbaugh held leadership positions in Process Reengineering and Computer Integrated Engineering & Manufacturing at Ford Motor Company, and has over 12 years of experience in engineering and the design and deployment of enterprise information systems. Stanbaugh holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana Illinois.
- Mike Mahoney
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Mahoney joined ANXeBusiness in 2007 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mahoney has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of financial positions, ranging from treasury, chief accounting officer, financial analysis and credit analysis. Prior to joining ANX, Mr. Mahoney was Executive Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for LDMI Telecommunications for almost 10 years, where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions and investor relations. Throughout his career, Mr. Mahoney has held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance discipline for such companies as Comshare, Inc., Ford Motor Company and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mr. Mahoney holds a Bachelor's degree in political economics from Williams College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
- Mark A. Wayne
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Wayne joined ANXeBusiness as the Vice President of Sales in March 2008. Wayne most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cavalier Telephone. He joined Cavalier as a product of the Talk America acquisition where he also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Wayne joined Talk America as part of the merger with LDMI where he spent four years in executive management. Prior to joining LDMI, Wayne served as President and Chief Operating Officer of BullsEye Telecom. Mr. Wayne spent the first 13 years of his career in the Bell System, including stints at Bell Labs and Ameritech. Wayne earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a M.B.A. from the University of Detroit. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
- Jim Michels
Vice President, Marketing
Jim Michels is Vice President, Marketing for ANXeBusiness Corp., responsible for all marketing and communications strategy and program implementation across of all of the company's products and services. Prior to joining ANXeBusiness in 2001, Mr. Michels worked at Visteon Corporation where he was Director, Global Marketing Communications, responsible for all marketing communications strategy and execution for Europe, Asia-Pacific, South America and the company's five North American business units. Prior to working at Visteon, Mr. Michels spent almost 15 years working for Detroit-based marketing communications/advertising agencies where he serviced clients such as vehicle manufacturers, Tier One manufacturing suppliers, replacement parts manufacturers and consumer goods companies. His responsibilities ranged from strategic communications development to public relations, advertising and direct marketing program planning and implementation. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University.
- Kevin Pierce
General Manager, Transaction Delivery Services
Kevin Pierce joined ANXeBusiness in 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of all business operations for its Transaction Delivery Services business, located in Research Triangle Park, N.C. Prior to joining ANX, Mr. Pierce held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at Global Exchange Services/General Electric Corp., including global business development, analysis and execution of merger and acquisition opportunities and the development of joint venture and strategic partnerships. Mr. Pierce also has more than 10 years of professional sales and sales management experience, and he holds a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and he also studied at Oxford University in the United Kingdom specializing in the European business program.
- Dennis Piche
Director, Engineering
Mr. Piche joined ANX in 2000 and is responsible for engineering strategy, network design, implementation and operations. Mr. Piche has been working with the ANX Network since its inception in 1998, spending two years as integration/support manager for Bell Canada's ANX service. Prior to working for ANXeBusiness, Mr. Piche held systems analyst and project leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and EDS and has more than 15 years of experience in the Information Technology disciplines including deployment of enterprise information systems for the automotive industry. Mr. Piche holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada.
- Ketan Patel
Director, Operations
Ketan Patel joined ANXeBusiness as Director of Operations in July 2008. Mr. Patel is responsible for customer operations including Help Desk and service delivery. Prior to joining ANXeBusiness, Mr. Patel has more than 18 years experience in diverse operational areas including CAD and Product Lifecycle Management, Project Management and people management. Most recently, Mr. Patel served as Consulting Services Manager for Siemens PLM Software where he managed 40+ implementation engineers, consultants and solution architects providing consulting services on the PLM and CAD product suite. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharajo Sayajirao University in India and a Masters of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
